PRODUCT CARE

CARE FOR YOUR SUPRSOCKS.
THEY'LL LAST A LIFETIME.

The silver in your SUPRSOCKS is permanently bonded — it will never wash out. But proper care keeps the bamboo fibers soft, fresh, and performing at their best for years to come.

THE GOLDEN RULE: WEAR MORE. WASH LESS.

Thanks to pure silver's antimicrobial action, your SUPRSOCKS stay fresh far longer than regular socks. You don't need to wash after every single wear — in fact, washing less is better for the environment, and better for your socks.

STEP BY STEP

HOW TO WASH YOUR SUPRSOCKS

WASH TEMPERATURE

30–40°C or 86–104°F. Low temperature washing protects bamboo fibers and keeps the silver bond intact. Never wash above 40°C.

DETERGENT

Mild & Gentle - Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent. Avoid fabric softeners — they coat bamboo fibers and reduce moisture-wicking performance.

DRYING

Air Dry First - Always air dry when possible — it's gentler on fibers and better for the environment. If needed, tumble dry on low heat only.

DO

DON'T

  • Wash at 30–40°C / 86–104°F
  • Use a mild, gentle detergent
  • Air dry whenever possible
  • Tumble dry on low heat if needed
  • Wear multiple times before washing
  • Wash inside out to preserve color
  • Don't wash above 40°C / 104°F
  • Don't bleach — ever
  • Don't dry clean
  • Don't use fabric softeners
  • Don't tumble dry on high heat
  • Don't iron directly on the sock

    CARE LABEL GUIDE

Here's what the symbols on your label mean

    • MACHINE WASH - Gentle cycle, 30–40°C max
    • AIR DRY - Preferred drying method
    • LOW HEAT ONLY - If tumble drying
    • NO BLEACH - Damages fibers & silver
    • NO DRY CLEAN - Chemical solvents damage bamboo

    WHY THESE RULES MATTER

    PROTECTING THE BAMBOO

High temperatures and harsh chemicals break down bamboo's micro-hollow fiber structure — the very thing that makes it so soft and breathable. Low-temperature gentle washing preserves this for the life of the sock.

    PROTECTING THE SILVER

The silver in SUPRSOCKS is permanently bonded — not coated — so it won't wash out regardless. But bleach and high heat can damage the yarn structure around it. Keep the silver performing by keeping temperatures low.

    PROTECTING THE PLANET

Two-thirds of clothing's environmental impact happens during washing. By washing less frequently (which SUPRSOCKS' silver technology allows), you save water, energy, and reduce microplastic pollution with every wear.

    AVOIDING FABRIC SOFTENERS

Fabric softeners coat fibers with a waxy layer that blocks moisture-wicking. Since moisture management is one of SUPRSOCKS' key benefits, using softeners actively reduces the performance you paid for.

    CARE FAQS

Will the silver wash out over time?

No. The silver is permanently bonded into the yarn structure — not applied as a coating. Third-party testing confirms it remains fully effective after 50+ washes.

How often should I wash my SUPRSOCKS?

Thanks to silver's antimicrobial action, SUPRSOCKS stay fresh much longer than ordinary socks. For light daily wear, you can comfortably wear them 2–3 times before washing. After intense sport or long shifts, wash after each wear.

Can I wash them in the washing machine?

Yes — machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30–40°C. For best results, use a laundry bag to protect the fibers and wash inside out.

Can I put them in the tumble dryer?

Yes, but only on low heat. Air drying is always preferred as it's gentler on bamboo fibers and more eco-friendly.

Why can't I use fabric softener?

Fabric softeners leave a coating on fibers that blocks moisture-wicking. Since keeping feet dry is a key benefit of SUPRSOCKS, softeners directly reduce the performance of your socks.
